No more “please call to reserve.” Events book themselves.

Put a wine dinner, a holiday menu or a Sunday supper on your booking page with ticket tiers and dietary questions. Take private parties from the first text to a signed proposal and a deposit. Both live in the same book as tonight's reservations, so a room is never sold twice.

How it works

Tickets the way you sell them

Tiers like dinner or dinner with pairing, seats for two, add-ons, and questions for each guest such as allergies. Fixed seatings, an arrival window, a communal table or a standing reception, one night or a weekly series.

The room comes out of the book

An event takes over a room, an area or a set of tables for its time, setup and teardown included. Regular availability around it updates at once, under the same lock as every reservation, so nothing is double-sold.

Free, pay at the restaurant, or prepaid

Run an RSVP, show a price that's settled on the night, or take payment at checkout through your own Stripe account at 0% platform fee. Seats are held while the guest pays.

Sold out, then refilled

Cap by seats or by tables. When a date sells out, guests join a waitlist; freed seats go to the first guest in line, held for them by text for a set time.

Your policy, applied

Set the cancellation cutoff, or make tickets non-refundable and transferable instead. Guests manage their booking by link, with a calendar file, and can pass it to a friend if you allow it.

At the door

A guest list per date with every guest's dietary answers, check-in by party or by person, comps and transfers, and one message to everyone booked. Guests who opted out of texts don't get one.

Asked and booked by the AI host

"What events do you have?" gets a real answer on the phone and by text. The host books free and pay-at-the-restaurant events, texts the link for prepaid ones, and finds or cancels a booking by its code and last name.

Private dining, captured properly

Inquiries arrive from your private dining page, the AI host and your team: date or flexibility, headcount, occasion, budget and contact. Each is checked against the book, existing holds and your spaces, and the guest is told honestly what's possible.

Lead to signed, on one board

Lead, tentative hold with an expiry, proposal, signed, deposit paid, confirmed, then completed, or lost with a reason. Spaces carry seated and reception capacity, a room fee and minimum spend by day and time. A calendar shows every event and hold against the regular book.

Proposals clients sign by link

Menu and bar packages built from your POS menu, per-person pricing, tax, and a service charge or gratuity only if you set one, with a deposit schedule. The client accepts with a typed name; the time and IP are on record.

Deposits and reminders

Take deposits online through Stripe, or record a check, cash or transfer. Clients are reminded before a hold lapses or a payment is due, and every step is emailed or texted through your outbox.

On the night

Confirmed events appear on the host stand, the floor and the calendar. Print the BEO for the kitchen and the floor, and ring the menu into the POS with later courses held for the KDS.

From a late-night text to a confirmed event

One private event, step by step: the inquiry, the date check against the book, the hold, the proposal, the signature, the deposit, and the night itself. The figures are an example; each venue sets its own.

Step 1 of 7

A guest texts at 11 PM. Nobody has to call back tomorrow.

The AI host checks the date against the live book and existing holds, collects headcount, occasion, budget, flexibility and an email, and records the inquiry for the events team with a reference.

Guest: Do you do private dinners? Rehearsal dinner for 14, Friday the 13th, around 6:30.

AI host: We do. The private dining room is open that evening for 14. Shall I pass this to our events team? What's the best email for the proposal?

Guest: liam.brennan@example.com, budget about $120 a head

AI host: Done. Your reference is H7HMJG; the events team will follow up with options. Nothing is held until they confirm.

An example private event; prices, service charge and deposit are set by each venue.

Questions

Events and private dining, answered.

Do events take tables away from regular reservations?

Only the room or tables the event uses, and only for its time plus the setup and teardown you set. Everything else stays bookable, and the host stand shows which tables are held and why.

Can guests pay for tickets online?

Yes, through your own Stripe account at 0% platform fee, once it's connected. Until then, run events as free RSVPs or with payment at the restaurant; paid tiers tell guests online payment isn't available rather than failing silently.

Will the AI host quote our private dining prices?

Only what you've set: a space's minimum spend or room fee, and only when the guest asks. It never adds a fee, gratuity or policy you haven't configured, and it never promises a space; your events team follows up.

Do we need a separate e-signature service?

No. Clients accept the proposal with a typed name and an agreement checkbox, and the time, IP address and browser are recorded with the proposal and in your audit log.

Put your book, your phone and your regulars in one place.

We'll set up your floor, move every guest and reservation off your current system, and let you hear the AI host take a booking for your own restaurant before you change a thing.
