How it works
Pacing by kitchen capacity
Cap the covers that can start in any slot so the pass isn't buried at 7:30, and cap the covers seated at once. Covers per slot alone isn't enough.
Smart table assignment
Parties go to the tightest table that fits, then to combinations you've approved. Preferences like window or booth win ties. Lock any table by hand.
Turn times by party size
Two-tops at 90 minutes, fours at two hours, set per shift. The turn clock starts when the party sits, not when they booked.
Walk-in waitlist
Quote a time, add the party, and text them when the table is ready. Walk-ins and reservations share one floor.
Statuses that mean something
Booked, confirmed, arrived, seated, done. Late arrivals and no-shows are obvious, and a no-show frees the table for the notify list.
Live alerts
New bookings, VIP arrivals, large parties, allergy notes and AI handoffs appear in the feed the moment they happen.
A timeline that reads like a seating chart
See every table's evening at a glance: who's seated, who's late, which tables turn next, and how many covers the kitchen is carrying right now.
