SMS terms

Restaurants use Dalloway, operated by [Dalloway legal entity name and registered address — to be completed before launch], to send and receive text messages about reservations. Messages come from the restaurant's own number and are sent on the restaurant's behalf.

What you'll receive

  • Reservation confirmations, changes and cancellations.
  • Reminders before your visit, with an option to confirm by replying C.
  • Waitlist and notify-list offers you asked for.
  • Replies to messages you send the restaurant, which may come from the restaurant's AI host or its staff.
  • A short feedback request after your visit.

You receive these messages because you gave your mobile number when booking, joining a waitlist, or texting the restaurant. These messages are not marketing. A restaurant may send marketing texts only if you separately opt in.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your reservations and conversations, typically two to five messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you opt out, you can still manage a reservation using the link in your confirmation, or by calling the restaurant.
