hi! any chance you have a table for 4 this saturday? around 7:30

  3. Marlow & Vine:

We'd love to have you. Saturday I have 7:15 or 8:30 for four. Would either work?

  4. Guest:

    7:15 is perfect. it's my dad's 70th

  5. Marlow & Vine:

Lovely. Booking 7:15 for 4 under which name? And any allergies the kitchen should know about?

  6. Guest:

Dana Whitfield. my mom is allergic to shellfish

  7. Marlow & Vine:

You're set, Dana: Saturday 7:15, party of 4, code K7Q4MZ. Shellfish noted for the kitchen, and we'll mark the birthday. A confirmation is on its way.

A real flow: the AI host books against the live book, then texts the confirmation.

The math

You're paying twice and still missing calls.

Resy has no AI host of its own. Restaurants that want the phone answered add a second vendor, a second bill and a second guest list that doesn't talk to the first. The calls that come in during the 7 PM rush still go to voicemail.

AI phone host

First ring, every ring, every hour.

Forward your number and the host answers in a warm, unhurried voice. It checks the live book, offers real times, books, moves and cancels, notes allergies and occasions, and texts the guest a confirmation. When a call needs a person, it says so and puts a summary at the host stand.

Host stand

Built for 7:45 on a Saturday.

Timeline, floor plan and waitlist on one screen. Pace by what your kitchen can fire, not just covers per slot. Late parties, VIPs and allergies surface before they become a problem.

Bookings from the phone host, the text host, your website and your team land in the same book, at the same moment. There is nothing to sync, so nothing to fall out of sync.

Notify list

Freed tables go to who asked first.

Switching

Live in a week, without a dark night.

  1. 01

Your floor plan, shifts, turn times and pacing, configured with you on a call.

  3. 03

  4. 04

Founding partners

We're choosing our first restaurants now.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and forward it to your host line, either always, after hours, or when nobody picks up within a few rings. Turning it off is one setting on your phone system.

What happens when the AI host can't handle a call?

It says so, takes the details, and flags the conversation at the host stand with a summary, so a person calls back. Large parties, private events and complaints go to your team by default.

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests book with a name and a mobile number, from your website, Google profile, Instagram bio, a phone call or a text. Every booking comes with a link to change or cancel.

Can I move over from Resy or OpenTable?

Yes, and we do the moving. We pull your complete guest list, notes, tags, allergies, past visit history and every upcoming reservation off Resy, OpenTable or Tock for free, so you keep everything and no guest has to rebook. Run both side by side until you're ready to switch. (Saved payment cards are the one thing those platforms won't release; guests with a card-held booking get a quick text to re-add theirs.)

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month, with no per-cover fees and no platform fee on deposits.

Put your book, your phone and your regulars in one place.

We'll set up your floor, move every guest and reservation off your current system, and let you hear the AI host take a booking for your own restaurant before you change a thing.
